Pickguards

Pickguards are the perfect way to protect your soundboard’s finish from pick wear and to customize your instrument.

We call these ‘Floating Pickguards’ as they are attached to the fingerboard extension block, avoiding drilling holes into the body of the instrument or hardware, which can buzz, running to the rim.

You will need to Contact Us to order your pickguard, instead of buying directly off this site, as they are custom fitted to the each individual instrument, and we install them here at the Montana Lutherie shop. 

Contact us with your ideas and we can give you pricing beyond the $300.00 price for a standard unbound ebony, and $400.00 for a standard bound ebony.
